VALKAT began as a creative project,
born out of a desire to showcase beauty.
We were drawn to collaborate with artists, creatives, & those
seeking the digital/media/design tools essential to tell their stories.
THE BEGINNING
PHOTOGRAPHER. DESIGNER. STORYTELLER.
Long story short, we got sick of seeing so many brilliantly talented creatives stagnate in their careers due to a lack of to a lack of effective marketing strategy and materials. VALKAT Creative really started when we offered to help a musician friend revamp their website and to take some new promotional photos to flow with our vision for their artistic portfolio and unique personality.
They were thrilled with the results & our inbox was suddenly flooded with requests for the same services: branding, design, photography....
We know from experience that many creatives struggle with self-promotion; they are often unsure of how to effectively market their work and cohesively present their personal brand, or they labor under the toxic belief that self-promotion must surely be tasteless for artists.
But in today's world, self-promotion is part and parcel not only for creatives but also for entrepreneurs, business owners, influencers, professional speakers, and countless others.
Effective branding & promotion can be the difference between no work & unprecedented success. People can't connect with or want what they don't know about or understand- so put yourself out there (and look good doing it!)
It was this realization that led to the formal creation of VALKAT, a boutique design and marketing service for artists, creatives, and entrepreneurs.
We help people define their unique offerings, and assist them in reaching their target audience in a way that feels authentic to them. Because nothing stands out like authenticity.
